HODGDON – Kellie Peers’ run-scoring double and Caitlin Good’s RBI single keyed a six-run seventh inning that enabled undefeated Limestone Community School/Maine School of Science and Mathematics to pull away for a 19-11 high school softball win over Hodgdon Thursday.
Peers had a double and two singles and three RBIs, Ashlynn Kelley had a three-run triple and a single and Victoria St. Pierre doubled and singled for the 10-0 winners.
Haley Quint tripled and singled for Hodgdon and Taylor Hovey doubled and singled. Destiny Ellis, Dayna Tidd, Sam Lycette and Lizz Scott had two singles apiece. Hovey and Tidd had RBIs.
