BANGOR – The second annual Senior Connections Expo will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at Wellman Commons, 300 Union St. The event is free and open to the public.

Penquis, Penobscot Community Health Care, and Eastern Area Agency on Aging will be joined by more than 30 other exhibitors. Door prizes and health screening for hearing, blood pressure, blood glucose, lung capacity and body mass will be offered. There also will be workshops on topics such as investments, volunteering, reverse mortgages, Medicare Part D, and identity theft.

The BAT bus service will offer free rides for seniors in need of transportation to and from the event.
