DAMARISCOTTA – The Friends of Midcoast Maine will hold their annual meeting starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, at the Round Top Barn on Business Route One. Laurie Lachance, CEO and president of Maine Development Foundation, will speak on “Midcoast Maine 2025: Preparing for Our Future,” addressing economic and demographic changes in the midcoast. Lachance served as state economist in the administrations of Govs. McKernan, King and Baldacci.
