NEWCASTLE – The Sheepscot Valley Conservation Association is hosting a kayak and canoe trip along the Sheepscot River from Alna Head Tide to Sheepscot Village beginning at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 31.
Participants will ride the outgoing tide for a relatively easy paddle along the Sheepscot. Participants must provide their own boats, life vests and lunch. Drinks and desserts will be provided. To RSVP, please call 586-5616 or e-mail svca@sheepscot.org.
