CALAIS – Jeremy Carr’s RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning lifted the Calais Blue Devils to a 4-3 schoolboy baseball win over the Machias Bulldogs in the Downeast Athletic Conference final Saturday.

Zack Newman hit three singles and a double for the Blue Devils and Carr finished with two singles.

Jacob Stevens hit a double and Matt Little had an RBI single for Machias.
