The University of Maine’s Jovan Belcher has been named a second team preseason All-American pickby Lindy’s college football preview magazine.

The senior defensive end made a career-high 85 tackles and 10 sacks last year and was named the Colonial Athletic Association’s defensive player of the week for two straight weeks.

Lindy’s also picks Maine to finish fourth in its division.
