About 730,000 Candlsense warmers, made in China by Provo Craft & Novelty Inc., because the internal heating part of the candle warmer can detach and melt the bottom of its plastic casing, posing a fire hazard. Provo Craft has received 11 reports of the heating parts detaching, including two fires and nine incidents of property scorching. One consumer reported a blistered finger. The products were sold at Wal-Mart and other stores nationwide from August 2006 through October 2007. . About 4,500 Best Value park benches, made in China and distributed by Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores, because the benches can become unstable and break, posing a fall hazard. No injuries or incidents have been reported. The recalled benches were sold at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores nationwide from January through March. . About 122,000 Rock N Ride plush rocker toys, manufactured in China by Tek Nek Toys International L.P. because the rocking base can be unstable, posing a fall hazard. The company has received 35 reports of rockers tipping over, including 10 reports injuries such as bruises and cuts. The rockers were sold online and at Wal-Mart, Toys “R” Us, Kmart, Target, Atwoods and Pamida stores around the country between September 2007 and March 2008.
