Richard Mullins wins Milo selectman seat

MILO – Richard Mullins, the sole candidate for the vacant position on the Board of Selectmen, was elected by residents Tuesday during a municipal election. Mullins will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Tony Hamlin.
