Pearson prevails in 95’s Strictly Streets Reynolds records Winterport victory

HERMON – Jordan Pearson of Glenburn took the win in the caution-free second of three 35-lap Strictly Streets Coca-Cola Series races at Speedway 95 Saturday night.

Wayne Parritt Jr. of Steuben finished second, Brad Norris of Ellsworth was third, Shawn Hamel of Bangor was fourth and Bangor’s Shawn Hamel II finished fifth.

Oxford Plains Speedway

At Oxford, Joey Polewarczyk Jr. of Hudson, N.H., took the win in the Dunkin’ Donuts 150 American-Canadian Tour race Saturday night. It was the 19 year old’s second win of the year. Eddie MacDOnald of Rowley, Mass. finished second, Ricky Role of Albany Township was third, Patrick Laperle of St. Denis, Quebec finished fourth and Turner’s Glen Luce was fifth.

At Winterport, Robin Reynolds of Winterport outran Greg Young of Raymond to win the Super Pro/Pro Final Sunday. Jerry Hatch of Lubec defeated Bob Harvey of Whitefield to win the June 15th makeup for the Super Pro/Pro Final.
