HAMPDEN – Brad Moscone hit two singles, drove in three runs and earned the pitching win Wednesday to lift the Millinocket 11-12 all-stars to a 7-4 District 3 baseball victory over Hampden.

Seth Brown singled twice for Millinocket and Jordan Morrow hit a single and scored two runs.

Jeremy Kelsey hit a three-run home run in the first inning to pace Hampden. Jack Barteaux had two singles and Matt Martin hit RBI single in the fifth inning.

At Lincoln, Garrett Neal doubled and singled and knocked in five runs as Lincoln prevailed in an elimination game.

Brett Crocker hit three singles for Lincoln.

Will McGary notched a double and single (RBI) for Katahdin Valley.

At Holden, John Collins hit a single and a third-inning two-run home run to help Holbrook eliminate Houlton.

Alec Wortman doubled twice and scored two runs for Holbrook. Galen Williamson doubled and singled and Nolan Webber had two singles.

Kyle Bouchard hit a solo homer in the second inning to pace Houlton. Gage Hunt, Isiah Straubel and Nick Guiod each had a double and a single.

At Bangor West, Kaleb Gifford allowed just one hit and struck out seven through four innings as Old Town eliminated Orrington.

Cole Daniel tripled and singled for Old Town. Andre Miller and Darin Gardner both doubled and singled and Kaleb Gifford hit two singles.

Kyle Jackson singled in the first inning for Orrington.

At Brewer, Luther Vom Eigen hit two singles and scored a run to help lead Hampden past eliminated Bangor East.

Nick Haggan doubled and scored a run for Hampden. Tristan Gardner recorded six strikeouts.

Liam Harrigan doubled and singled with an RBI for Bangor East. Marcus McCue singled and scored a run.

At Calais, Colin Pineo hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning to lift the Machias 11-12 All-Stars to a 7-6 District 1 baseball victory over Calais Wednesday.

Tyler Varney hit a single, a double and a third-inning two-run homer for Machias. Fred McLain doubled and singled with an RBI.

Calais’ Tyler Morrison hit a two-run home run in the first inning and Jordan Ayers added a single and two RBIs.

Ellsworth’s Steven Mahon allowed two runs on four hits and one walk while striking out seven.

Jake Poors doubled and singled for Ellsworth as Anthony Gardner and Mitchell Domogala both had two singles.

Connor Morey hit a two-run homer in the fourth inning to lead Coastal.

Bucksport’s Josh Gray singled four times. Chris Chaffee had two singles and two RBIs and Mitchell Small added an RBI single.

Drake Morrow doubled and singled to lead Calais. Jesse Clark, Matt Cummings and Dylan Carter singled.
