Holden man killed in motorcycle crash

HOLDEN – A 39-year-old man from Holden was killed Friday afternoon when his motorcycle crashed on Levenseller Road.

Harry A. “Buz” Wells reportedly lost control of his bike on a curve and hit a tree at about 2:30 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Traffic reportedly was tied up for a short time because of the accident.

Efforts to reach Holden police Sunday were unsuccessful.
