JACKMAN – Nobody won the $44 million multistate Powerball jackpot over the weekend, but a ticket worth $600,000 was sold in Maine.

Powerball officials say nobody matched all six numbers in Saturday’s drawing.

But a ticket with five numbers and the Power Play number was sold at Bishop’s General Store in Jackman, located in northern Somerset County near the Canadian border.

The jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing is estimated to climb to $54 million.
