A Bangor man who a caller told police was walking down Ohio Street “smoking a ‘bowl'” on Sunday was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Kyle Thebodeau, 20, and two others were stopped by officer Chris Blanchard who searched Thebodeau’s backpack and found a glass pipe inside that was confiscated.
Thebodeau was arrested for two outstanding warrants and taken to Penobscot County Jail. Both warrants had been issued because of unpaid fines and fees, according to police. Thebodeau’s bail was set on Monday at $150 during his first appearance in 3rd District Court in Bangor, and he remained in jail that evening. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
