WASHINGTON – Two Rural Business Enterprise Grants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture were announced recently.

The Pleasant Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club of Caswell will receive an $80,000 grant, and the Eastern Maine Snow Riders Inc. in Macwahoc will receive a continuation grant of $19,245, according to an announcement issued by U.S. Rep. Michael Michaud’s office.

The funding, which is administered by USDA’s Rural Development program, will be used by both organizations to purchase snowmobile trail groomers.
