FRANKLIN – Because of the probability of bad weather this weekend, the Franklin Historical Society has canceled its garden tour, which was scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 9.

It will offer a free tea from 2 to 4 p.m. that day on Sullivan Road in East Sullivan.
