CASTINE – The Wilson Museum, in conjunction with the Castine Cemetery Association, will hold a Basic Gravestone Restoration Workshop with Jonathan Appell from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, at the Castine Cemetery off Court Street.

This is a free workshop and attendees are invited to participate in the resetting of a sunken or badly leaning stone, cleaning a stone, and rejoining a broken gravestone.
