ST. ALBANS – The 24th annual St. Albans Hamfest presented by the Piscataquis Amateur Radio Club K1PQ, will be held at 8 a.m. today at the Sno-Devils Snowmobile Club, 9 Bryant Road. General admittance is $5, children under 12 free. ARRL VE testing will be held at 9 a.m. in the clubhouse.
