Air Force Airman Eric C. Kelley has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. His is a 2006 graduate of Belfast Area High School and the son of Shirley Kelley of Belmont and brother of Elizabeth Kelley of Newburgh.
