The partygoers at a home in Minot ranged from age 15 to 21, according to Capt. Ray Lafrance.

Lafrance said three arrests were made Friday night. A 19-year-old woman was charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and two young men were charged with disorderly conduct. Lafrance said 31 summonses were issued, including 12 for juveniles.
