PATTEN – To commemorate National Community Health Center Week, Katahdin Valley Health Center is inviting the public to attend a lunch and learn program 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today, under the tent at KVHC, 30 Houlton St. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be inside.

The event features a diabetes health fair, free blood sugar and blood pressure checks, and includes a program featuring discussions by local doctors and medical personnel, handouts and door prizes.
