CHARLOTTE – The Charlotte Historical Society invites the public to hear author Lane Willey speak about the Underground Railroad at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at the Charlotte Town Hall, on the corner of Route 214 and Charlotte and Smith Ridge Roads.
