CALAIS – Calais Regional Hospital has been recognized as a national award winner in health care service quality for Exceeding Patient Expectations by Avatar International.

In accepting Exceeding Expectations Award, Harrell Connelly, the hospital’s interim CEO, said, “All CRH staff should be proud of this award. This recognition clearly demonstrates excellence in customer service provided by staff day in and day out.”

Avatar International Inc. conducts patient surveys for CRH and over 200 other hospitals across the nation. The company has provided research and training services for more than 20 years.
