BAR HARBOR – An arts and crafts show scheduled at a local resort this weekend will benefit the local YWCA, according to the event’s organizers.

The Designing Women Fine Art and Craft Show is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23. The event will be held at the Atlantic Oakes Resort on Eden Street, just south of The Cat ferry terminal. The $2 requested donation for attendees and proceeds from the sale of food will go toward the YWCA.
