PATTEN – The Happy Widows will be cooking chowder and stews from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, at the Fellowship Hall, at the Patten United Methodist Church. Donations are $6 for adults, $3 for children 10 and under. Proceeds will go to the church general fund.
