BANGOR – Mainers are invited to gather at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. l3, at Paul Bunyan Park to send a message to candidates and members of Congress. The rally is to call on elected officials and candidates to “End the War. Build the Peace. Rebuild the Economy.” Amy Goodman, host of “Democracy Now,” will speak at 3 p.m. at 23 High St. after the peace walk from the rally led by Veterans for Peace.
