MILO – Two families lost their home and belongings Wednesday afternoon when a fast-moving fire destroyed their two-apartment building on the Medford Road.

Few details were available Wednesday night.

Carolyn Sinclair lived in one of the apartments.

An unidentified couple lived in the other apartment.

The building was owned by Kenneth Demers and was not insured, according to Paula Copeland, Sinclair’s daughter.

The building was demolished, Copeland said.
