BANGOR – St. Joseph Healthcare has announced its first-ever photo contest open to the public. This is a chance for area photo enthusiasts to help patients of St. Joseph Healthcare while competing to win a cash prize of up to $500.

All winning entries will be displayed at St. Joseph Hospital between Oct. 10 and 15, and the top 12 entries will be auctioned at the Auxiliary’s Fashion Show Event on Oct. 17.

Proceeds from the auction will be donated to benefit the St. Joseph Healthcare Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, which helps people with heart disease recover sooner and return to full, productive lives.
