St. Joseph Healthcare offers a photo contest

BANGOR – St. Joseph Healthcare announced its first photo contest open to the public.

This is a chance for area photo enthusiasts to help patients of St. Joseph Healthcare while competing to win a cash prize of up to $500.

For more information, official guidelines and an entry form, call the St. Joseph Healthcare Office of Development at 262-1740 or visit www.stjoeshealing.org. Entries must be postmarked no later than Tuesday, Sept. 30.

Winning entries will be displayed at St. Joseph Hospital from Friday through Wednesday, Oct. 10-15. The top 12 entries will be auctioned at the Auxiliary’s Fashion Show on Friday, Oct. 17.

Proceeds from the auction will be donated to benefit the St. Joseph Healthcare cardiac rehabilitation program, which helps those with heart disease recover sooner and return to full, productive lives.
