BANGOR – The University of Maine Center on Aging and the Maine Rural Relatives as Parents Project will offer an e-seminar titled “Mindfulness 101: Making Time for Yourself When You Have None” 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7.

This free seminar, facilitated by Lucia McBee, is for grandparents raising grandchildren, and other parenting relatives. To create an online account and register, go to www.mainecenteronaging.org/moodle.
