DEXTER – A local man was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly grabbed an ax and chased a man down a street. Frank Gadman, 35, made his initial court appearance on the charge Thursday in Bangor District Court.

DEXTER – A local man was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly grabbed an ax and chased a man down a street.

Frank Gadman, 35, made his initial court appearance on the charge Thursday in Bangor District Court.

The incident started about 6 p.m. Wednesday when two men arrived to help a woman move from Gadman’s home. Gadman threatened to shoot one of the men and grabbed the ax and chased the other man down Church Street, according to Dexter police.
