BANGOR – Penobscot Valley Chapter of AARP will meet at noon Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the Elks Hall on Odlin Road in Bangor.

The guest speaker will be Bill Rae of Manna Ministries in Bangor. Attendees should bring their own lunches. Beverages and desserts will be provided.
