CALAIS – The public is invited to a reception to honor local artist Tom McLaughlin at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, in the Washington County Community College library.

McLaughlin is the featured artist in the college’s Artist in Residence Series. There will be refreshments and an opportunity to meet with McLaughlin.
