MACHIAS – Matt Little scored with 2:25 left in the second overtime as the Machias Bulldogs rallied for a 3-2 double-overtime victory over Jonesport-Beals and avoided a major schoolboy soccer upset Wednesday.
Zach Fenton and Terrell Carver each scored in the first half to give 0-9 Jonesport-Beals a 2-0 lead.
Jacob Stevens scored twice in the second half for Machias, once with six minutes left and the tying goal with 2:50 to play in regulation.
Mike Jenkins made six saves on 13 shots for 7-2 Machias.
Jonesport-Beals’ Cody Thistlewood stopped 35 of 52 shots.
Woodland 3, Narraguagus 0
At Woodland, Brad Arthers, Andy Brown and Chad James each scored a goal in the second half to propel Woodland past Narraguagus of Harrington.
Ben Sears, Scott Boomer, James and Arthers each had an assist for 7-3 Woodland. Todd Wormell stopped all 14 shots he faced for the Dragons.
Kamerun Jordan made 25 saves on 28 shots for 2-7 Narraguagus.
Washington Acad. 4, Calais 2
At Calais, four players scored a goal apiece for Washington Academy of East Machias in the win.
Min Kim, Nick Forte, Mike Knowles and Milos Gautier scored for the 8-1 Raiders. Bryce Colbeth had 17 saves on 26 shots.
Ryan Cavanaugh netted both goals for 6-3 Calais. Jordan Leeman stopped 20 of 24 shots.

At Bucksport, Dom Kone registered two goals to spark Bucksport past Mount Desert Island.
Jon Grindle added a goal for 4-5-1 Bucksport. Jon Goodin posted two assists while Shawn Powell had one. Joe Goodin stopped nine of 14 shots for the Golden Bucks.
Ben Cummings made 16 saves on 27 shots for the 4-4-1 Trojans.

At Deer Isle, the Tigers and Mariners battled to a double-overtime stalemate.
Joe Carter scored the tying goal in the second half for 3-3-1 Deer Isle-Stonington while Eben Powers made nine saves on 13 shots.
Caleb Sandstrom scored a first-half goal for 1-8-1 Sumner of East Sullivan. Josh Ring saved 18 of 22 shots.
George Stevens 6, Searsport 0
At Blue Hill, Ben Plohr scored three goals and posted two assists to power George Stevens Academy by Searsport.
Will Brokaw added two goals for 4-5-1 George Stevens. Dillon Lee had a goal and two assists while Alex Kim grabbed an assist. Josh Gale made three saves on five shots for the Eagles.
Dan Peach stopped 10 of 23 shots for 1-7 Searsport.

At Dexter, the Tigers’ C.J. Giles scored with 13:31 left in regulation and the game stayed tied through two overtimes.
Will Pearsall assisted on Giles’ goal for 5-1-3 Dexter. Nathan Wyman had 10 saves on 25 shots.
John McKinnon scored off a David Hallett pass for 4-1-3 Penobscot Valley of Howland. Jacob Jones stopped 18 of 36 shots.

At Lee, Carston Kaiser had two goals and an assist to pace the Pandas to victory.
Hector Guitteriez added a goal and an assist for 2-4-1 Lee, while Jason Oh scored a goal and Dean MacDonald had an assist.

Aaron Hutchins and Jared Waite each scored for 1-8-1 Schenck of East Millinocket, while Ryan Thompson stopped 13 of 22 shots.

At Old Town, Chad Paradis and Janis Schaefer netted two goals apiece as Old Town downed Foxcroft.

At Oakalnd, Kailey McKenna scored the game-winning goal on an assist from Eliza Estabrook with 1:48 remaining in the game to lift Bangor past Messalonskee.
