The University of Maine Center on Aging and the Maine Rural Relatives as Parents Project are inviting grandparents raising their grandchildren, and other parenting relatives, to participate in a free online seminar.

“Mindfulness 101: Making time for yourself when you have none,” will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct 7. Facilitating will be Lucia McBee.

Those who want to participate will need a computer with Internet access. To register, visit www.mainecenteronaging.org/
