Erick L. Aitken, 35, Monroe, operating while under influence of intoxicants, six months in jail with all but 15 days suspended, $700, license and registration suspended 18 months, one year probation; operating without license, concurrent two-day jail term.

Anthony J. Allen, 33, Hampden, three counts of assault, 60 days jail, $300 on each; theft of services, concurrent 30-day jail term, restitution $18; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Joseph R. Beaulieu III, 28, Lake Wales, Fla., probation violation of operating while under influence of intoxicants, five days jail.
