Reason for running: To fight for the survival of small towns in rural Maine and their quiet life-style; to reduce the overregulation of Maine’s businesses large and small to allow them to survive because without them there are no jobs for Mainers. Keeping these businesses will help stop the loss of Maine’s youth to other parts of the country. To continue to work toward the reduction in size of state government and reduce the interference of that government in people’s lives.
