BANGOR – Congregation Beth Israel’s Sukkot celebration will continue with a Shemini Atzeret service at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20. Services will be held at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 21 and 22. Yizkor will not be before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21. Simchat Torah festivities on Oct. 21 will include a Torah procession, dancing, singing and dinner for Hebrew school-age children and their parents, as well as adults of all ages, beginning at 4:45 p.m.

There is no charge for the dinner, but assistance in food planning is welcome. Call 945-3433 for information.
