Air Force Airman 1st Class Kristie L. Davis has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. She is the daughter of Edward Hagan of Mason Bay Road, Jonesport, and Linda Hagan of Pinellas Park, Fla. Davis is a 2007 graduate of Jonesport-Beals High School.

Army Pvt. Ian C. Freeman has graduated from the Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. Freeman is the son of Natalie Freeman of Knox. He is a 2005 graduate of Mount View High School in Thorndike.
