A few seats still remain for the third annual Harvest Housewarming Dinner and Auction to benefit the Penquis Keep ME Warm Fund, which provides fuel assistance to those in need in eastern Maine, reports Jennifer Brooks of Penquis.

The event, which includes dancing with the Retro Rockers, will be held 6-11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Morgan Hill Events Center in Hermon.

The free Internet safety and online bullying educational programs will be offered at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at Lawrence Public Library in Fairfield, and at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, at a location to be announced in Waterville.

The programs are for parents and children ages 7-17 “who are interested in learning more about the dangers of social networking and how to use technology safely,” Shargo explained.
