Two haunted houses planned in Eddington

EDDINGTON – Halloween is coming early to town with two haunted house events planned for Friday and Saturday.

Eddington Fire Department will hold a haunted house at the fire station 6:30-9 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free but donations will be accepted.

Comins Hall at 1387 Main Road has mysteriously changed into haunted hall and its doors will swing open 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Admission is $3. Hot beverages and sweets will be on sale to support efforts to improve handicapped accessibility and update the restrooms in the 129-year-old hall.

The Wyman family of Clifton will help create “a truly spooky adventure for those who dare tread their haunted maze,” a press release states.

Parents are advised that the Comins haunted hall may not be appropriate for all children.
