CASTINE – Jim Bower ran for 131 yards and a touchdown and set up Matthew Rende’s one-yard quarterback sneak with 1:32 remaining that broke a 34-34 tie and gave Maine Maritime Academy a 42-34 win over the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Saturday.

Tyler Angell had a pair of touchdown runs for MMA while the USCGA’s Steve Arguelles caught three TD passes from Miles Pierson and ran for another.
