MADAWASKA – The Greater Madawaska Light Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Fox Street.

This year’s parade route will go from the Knights of Columbus Hall down 16th Avenue to Main Street. The parade will continue down Main and turn on Legion Street, heading to the Bi-Centennial Park.

After the parade, a holiday gathering with hot refreshments will be held in Bi-Centennial Park. Santa will make a brief appearance to meet children and present the award for Best Float.

The Light Parade is sponsored by the Greater Madawaska Chamber of Commerce.
