BANGOR – A veterans services officer from the state Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management will be at the following locations and times:

? 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, and Thursday, Dec. 18, Lincoln VA Outreach Clinic, 99 River Road.

? 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, Newport District Court.

? 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, and Tuesday, Dec. 23, Penquis CAP Building, 50 North St., Dover-Foxcroft.

The service officer will help veterans, widows and dependent children to apply for state and federal benefits.
