Man charged with OUI after passing out in car

ELLSWORTH – A Gouldsboro man is facing charges after police found his car stopped in the middle of Oak Street. According to Ellsworth Officer Rick Roberts, Patrick Lynn, 21, was passed out behind the wheel when Roberts came across his vehicle around 1:20 a.m. Saturday.

ELLSWORTH – A Gouldsboro man is facing charges after police found his car stopped in the middle of Oak Street.

According to Ellsworth Officer Rick Roberts, Patrick Lynn, 21, was passed out behind the wheel when Roberts came across his vehicle around 1:20 a.m. Saturday.

Lynn was arrested on an OUI charge, according to the police report. Lynn’s blood-alcohol content was 0.16 percent, twice the legal limit for operating a motor vehicle in Maine, Roberts indicated.
