SOUTH PORTLAND – Bangor Savings Bank has installed three ATMs in the Maine Mall, The machines are located in three high-traffic areas: the food court, next to the Sports Authority escalators and center aisle near Best Buy.

“Bangor Savings Bank is thrilled to provide our growing southern Maine customer base with the convenience of these new ATMs,” said Yellow Light Breen, senior vice president and chief strategic officer. “We were able to meet our goal of having these new ATM machines in place before the Thanksgiving weekend, when so many consumers are taking advantage of holiday sales and doing the bulk of their holiday shopping.”

The new Maine Mall ATMs are fee-free for Bangor Savings Bank customers. The bank was the first in Maine to eliminate all ATM fees for its customers, and it even reimburses the fees they may pay to use other banks’ ATMs.

Bangor Savings Bank also holds the ATM franchise at the Bangor Mall, the University of Maine and Husson University.
