Porter Gervais added 10 points for Houlton, while Patrick Longstaff added eight points and 10 rebounds.
Adam Desrosier led Madawaska with a game-high 22 points, while D.J. Gendreau added nine.

At Houlton, Johnny Warren netted two goals in the third period to help spark Bangor by Houlton-Hodgdon.
Phil Frost tallied a goal in the third period while Nic Cota scored one in the first for Bangor. Adam King, Chad Kelley, Cameron Taylor and Frost each had an assist. Zack Hamilton stopped 12 of 13 shots for the 1-0 Rams.
Logan Holmes tied the game 1-1 for Houlton-Hodgdon with a goal in the second. Malik Abouleish made 27 saves on 31 shots.

At Sawyer Arena, Bangor, senior Casey Hull had a hat trick as John Bapst defeated Presque Isle.
Joey Pate added a goal for the 1-0 Crusaders. Mike Lalime and Ethan Sale had two assists apiece while Andrew Casey, Tyler Fadrigon and Chase Huckestein recorded assists. Derek Duff turned away 20 of 22 shots.
Mark Carvell and Isaac Lajoie scored for 0-1 Presque Isle. Jason Martin, Mitch Davis and Brennen Shaw had assists. Joshua MacFarline made 16 saves off 20 shots.
