Monsignor Paul Stefanko, who directs the diocesan office that deals with annulments, will be available in Bangor early next month to answer questions about annulments. Stefanko will be on hand at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church parish center, 768 Ohio St.
