HOWLAND – A free developmental screening by Child Development Services will be held 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Dec. 8, at St. Leo’s Church for soon-to-be SAD 31 pupils.

Children ages 3 and 4 as well as 5-year-olds who are not yet eligible for kindergarten from the towns of Howland, Lowell, Enfield, Medford, Maxfield, Passadumkeag, Sebois Plantation and Burlington are welcome.
