The Bates College sophomore was named NESCAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week. He was named MVP of the UMass-Boston tourney, where he averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds.

UMaine goalie Jimmy Howard earned Hockey East Player of the Week honors. He stopped all 33 shots he faced in a 0-0 tie at Dartmouth Saturday.
