Murray helps Lubec boys tip HCA in 3 OTs

BANGOR – Chad Murray scored six of his 13 points in overtime Thursday night to lift the Lubec boys to a 65-63 triple-overtime basketball victory over Highview Christian Academy of Charleston at Eastern Maine Community College.

Shayn McPherson had 18 points for Lubec and Jesse Reed added 16 points.

Cory Willey had 21 points and 31 rebounds for Highview Christian. Andrew Richards scored 20 points and John Reed had 10 points.
